VINYASA

Our Vinyasa classes are rooted in tradition and move with the rhythm of the breath. The practice is fluid and continuous, unfolding through dynamic and flowing sequences. Movement is steady and mindful, creating space for strength, softness, and presence. A simple, grounded practice to move, breathe, and feel connected.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Dynamic and high intensity
ASHTANGA

Ashtanga is a traditional method of yoga following a fixed sequence of postures synchronised with the breath (vinyasa) and the Ujjayi breathing technique. Led classes guide students through the Primary Series, emphasising flowing movement, strength, flexibility, and alignment while cultivating internal focus. The practice encourages discipline, self-study, and mindfulness, using the steady rhythm of breath and movement to purify the body, stabilise the mind, and open awareness. All levels welcome.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Dynamic and high intensity
JIVAMUKTI

Jivamukti Yoga is a modern method of classical yoga founded by Sharon Gannon and David Life, rooted in the ethical teachings of yoga, vigorous asana, and devotion to liberation for all beings. Its framework is organised around five central tenets: Ahimsa (nonviolence and compassionate living), Bhakti (devotion), Dhyana (meditation), Nada (sound, including mantra and music), and Shastra (study of scripture). Strong and physically expressive, it aims to purify the body and steady the mind while aligning the practitioner with the ethical and spiritual dimensions of yoga.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Dynamic and high intensity
HATHA

A steady, intuitive Hatha flow focused on mindful movement and breath. Expect clear guidance and demonstrations, with optional hands-on adjustments. Space is held for you to tune inward, stretch deeply, and explore your practice and body without distraction.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Steady but strong, mid intensity
ROCKET

Rocket Yoga is a fast-paced, dynamic style derived from Ashtanga yoga, created by Larry Schultz in the 1980s. It reorders and adapts traditional Ashtanga sequences to be more accessible and flexible, incorporating arm balances, inversions, and creative variations rather than following one fixed series. It's often practiced to an upbeat pace with music, making it popular for practitioners who want the intensity of Ashtanga with more freedom in sequencing.
Level: Suitable for intermediate to advanced
Intensity: Strong and dynamic, high intensity
KRIYA YOGA

An energising and integrative practice combining kriyas, pranayama, and asana to awaken vital energy and expand awareness. A dynamic yet grounded journey that activates, cleanses, and concludes in a centered, balanced state. This is an intense Kriya Yoga practice involving strong breathwork and energetic stimulation. A practice that is energising, activating, cleansing, and transcendental.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Steady, low-mid intensity
SLOW FLOW VINYASA

Slow Flow Vinyasa is a gentler take on vinyasa yoga that links breath and movement like traditional vinyasa, but at a slower pace with fewer transitions per breath. It gives more time to settle into and explore each pose, making it more accessible for beginners or those seeking a mindful, less cardio-intensive practice. It's often used to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness without the fast tempo of a standard vinyasa flow.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Slow paced, and mid intensity
RESTORATIVE

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in passive poses, allowing muscles to release without effort. Poses are typically held for 5-7 minutes or longer, giving the nervous system time to shift into a parasympathetic ("rest and digest") state. It's less about strength or flexibility and more about stress relief, deep relaxation, and restoring the body and mind.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Slow paced, and low intensity
YIN

Yin yoga works the deeper connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints instead of the muscles. Poses are seated or reclined and held for 3 to 5 minutes or more, often with a mild, steady stretch as the tissues slowly release. It builds flexibility and joint mobility while encouraging stillness and a quieter, more meditative mind.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Slow paced, and low intensity
YOGA NIDRA

Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation practice done lying down, often called "yogic sleep," where the mind stays alert while the body rests in a state between waking and sleep. A teacher leads you through body awareness, breath, and visualization to move through deeper layers of relaxation. It's used for deep stress release, improving sleep, and settling the nervous system, all without any physical postures.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Slow paced, and low intensity
SOUND HEALING / JOURNEY / BATH

Sound healing uses instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or tuning forks to create vibrations and tones that help shift the body into a relaxed state. People usually lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds wash over them, often paired with meditation or breathwork. It's used for stress relief, deeper relaxation, and sometimes described as helping clear mental or emotional blocks, though the effects are more experiential than scientifically proven.
Level: Suitable for beginner to advanced
Intensity: Slow paced, and low intensity
